Book Spotlight: Sacred Seasons

I have searched high and low for an ecumenical resource on liturgical living and found this to be the best yet! I see a resurgence of people hungry for liturgy, desiring to observe the Cycle of Grace and live each year with fullness and intention. I am one such person, whose decided to follow a church calendar for one year. Danielle's book has been my roadmap. I appreciate her Protestant perspective and love the reverent inclusion of Catholic and Jewish influences, in particular.

It's just BEAUTIFUL!

It pulls you right into the beauty of keeping sacred time.

It is EXTREMELY well written, being both profound and easy to digest.

This hasn't added "one more thing" to my life, but rather helped me see how all other things fall into place through Christ.

Life becomes so much more vibrant when we are purposefully awake to His wonder and seek to celebrate Him in reverence and joy in ALL seasons.

It is a joy to know that entering into the celebratory seasons of the Church brings me more in sync with fellow believers all over the world, both past and present, from varying denominational traditions and theological perspectives.

Fix your eyes on Jesus, friends! This is the place from which all goodness flows.

And grab a copy of this book if you'd also like to begin observing the Cycle of Grace and watch the whole Bible come to life in a year!
