This is one of the best books ever written to women.
It doesn’t matter if you’re single, married, have lots of children, or none at all- if you’re a woman who loves God and desires to grow in virtue and the skill of managing your life, this book is for you.
High praise, I know!
But if you’ve ever had the pleasure of getting coffee with a matriarch of the faith, this book will feel like that.
You’ll feel Holly Pierlot’s warm, knowing voice settle in your chest like the first sip of your favorite hot drink!
A mother whose been around the block a few times can be a treasure trove of wisdom, and Holly is one such gem.
With brutal honesty in her opening chapter, you’ll immediately feel seen in the trenches of your own struggles navigating your relationships, career, spiritual growth, motherhood, homemaking, homeschooling, and all the things in-between.
Few authors have been able to provide such life-giving encouragement, while also giving extremely practical advice for managing a life well.
There are a plethora of books out there that will help you find your niche, your unique style when it comes to creating habits and routines. Holly’s book transcends this type of popular personality analysis and gives concrete wisdom no matter what your particular flairs or preferences are.
With a rock-solid foundation of faith in God, this books flows beautifully from one topic to the next, pointing to Christ all the while.
Within these pages you will learn about a fruitful hierarchy of priorities, and how to tend to each tier faithfully and effectively.
You will learn how to view home as the domestic church, as your first mission field, as a school of life.
I was incredibly blessed by this title and will be recommending it to all of my female friends for years to come.
